About the event
For newly admitted lawyers wanting to gain knowledge of advocacy skills in the Local Court.
The course will cover court etiquette, court structure and how the local court works.
By the end of the course, you will be able to confidently complete the following:
1. Mention matters in the Local Court;
2. Do a sentencing matter in the Local Court;
3. Act as an agent in the Local Court.
